Casimir is a villager in San Pasquale.
Scarlett will meet the old man at the entrance to the gorge tunnel, which was guarded by his cousin, Rupert. After warning Scarlett of the demons within the tunnel, and that the gate is locked anyway, he will ask that if Scarlett is going there anyway, if she finds Rupert's body, could she retrieve his family's necklace for him?
When Scarlett returns to the village later, the old man will still be there. He may offer some other warnings, depending on when she returns.
