Gregorius is a doctor with a small clinic in the Arsenal District. In fact, he is widely known as simply "The Doctor".
The Doctor can be found in his home office, along Shade Street in the Arsenal District. (Click map to enlarge.) Scarlett may meet Gregorius as she makes a delivery to him as part of the Delivery for the Doctor quest.
The Doctor can provide a healing service, for a mere 40 ducats co-pay an office visit (though a rest in one of his beds would suffice as well, and be free.) He's also the man to see should you find yourself poisoned. Gregorius can also sell Scarlett a few Herbs or Healing Salve

Gregorius sells herbs at his vendor stand ouside the Garrison:

- Grave Blossom (88 ducats)
- Healing Salve (10 ducats)
- Devil's Cap (3 ducats)
Like other merchants, he can also buy unneeded items Scarlett wishes to sell, converting them to ducats she can spend on more useful items. (He will also be able to sell back to Scarlett any items she previously sold to him, though at a substantial markup price.)
