Grimm is the masked taskmaster for the Hooded Wings guild. He gives out the delivery assignments from his post in the guildhall basement.
Grimm can be found standing stoically in the dark of the catacombs right by the door that connects the catacombs to the Hooded Wings guildhall (which also doubles as an entry to the Outer City Catacombs.) (Click on map to enlarge.)
