Soros appears to be a hermit of some sort, living isolated in Creek Bay in South Shore. He has a small cave where he keeps some small possessions. In particular, he keeps pigeons.
Juan, the innkeeper of the Windmill Tavern tells Scarlett that Soros stole the pigeons. Perhaps not.
