Storm Potion[]
Storm Potions are a specialty of the Hooded Wings. It figuratively gives their messengers... well... wings.
Scarlett can buy Storm Potions from Guild Master Deimos for 30 ducats. On rare occasions, Storm Potions can be found as loot when searching felled Rogues or Marauders. The potion lasts 30 seconds and increases the user's speed by 50% (1.5 times faster). Similar to spells, the Storm Potion has a casting time and a cooldown period:
- Casting time: 1.5 seconds
- Duration: 30 seconds
- Cooldown time: 10 seconds (net; 40 seconds after casting)
